Report illegal content

Anyone — not just a Circla User — can use this form to report content stored on Circla that they believe is illegal. This implements the notice-and-action mechanism required by Article 16 of the EU Digital Services Act (DSA); the full legal text is in our Terms of Service, § 12.

The exact link (URL), if you have one. Circla content is private by default, so you may not have one — if so, describe it as specifically as you can (see note above).

Explain which law it breaks and why, as specifically as you can.

Not required if your report concerns child sexual abuse material or a related offence (Art. 3–7 of Directive 2011/93/EU). Otherwise, please include it so we can act on your report.

Same exception as above. We'll only use this to confirm we received your report and to share our decision.

This opens your email app with the report already filled in. Nothing is sent until you press Send there.
Need to attach a screenshot or another file as evidence? This form can't do that — email [email protected] directly instead, covering the same points above.
